MENTORING PROGRAM


As part of its common benefit projects, Lexant has developed a division dedicated to mentoring as a valuable opportunity to strengthen the relationship between the younger generation and the world of work.

With the “Mentoring Program,” Lexant aims to nurture and train “in house” young resources and talents who can become happy professionals in the future: integrated into Lexant, or open and ready for the world of the legal profession, in companies or as freelancers.

The program is open to university students with a vocation toward the legal field. Toghether with Lexant professionals,they follow a structured path to gradually increase their skills and start approaching the world of work. The program is fully compatible with their academic commitments and involves a weekly workload of 15 hours, which is paid.

Each student has the opportunity to take advantage of Academy ASK's scheduled training offerings free of charge, take part in monthly Lexant team meetings, and join events and/or workshops.

Lexant has set itself the goal of offering this to a number od studenta equal to 10% of its team, which, at project activation, is close to 60 students.
